All of the staff was very friendly and absolutely courteous and attentive to guests. We had a well-kept a double room with a comfy bed👍🙂👌
Even though everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were very rude.

Great location, just a short 10-15 minute walk to the Art Institute of Chicago. Plus, it's super close to a nice area in Kentucky. 🌟.

The room was dirty, grimy dirty. People were having sex in the parking lot. We felt unsafe. The airconditioning was on overdrive. I was so cold, I had to wear clothes over p j's. This is my second extremely negative experience with Days Inn this past summer. Will never stay at a Days Inn again.
